Why I hate bridal shops and the WIC

Dr. Whimsy found that sample dress that I bought and I got totally hosed.  According to The Knot, the dress I bought on "clearance" for $300 fits into their "$151-250" price category.

If you live in Rochester, do NOT go to Peggy's Bridal on Monroe Ave.  They suck!
